About HatsUnited
A fictional project to study email marketing and CRM systems in real conditions.
HatsUnited is a fictional project created as a working environment to learn, test, and document email marketing and CRM lifecycle strategies using HubSpot Starter.
The website, products, campaigns, emails, and communications you see here are part of a deliberate simulation.
HatsUnited does not produce, sell, or ship real products.
There is no commercial activity behind the brand.
The project originally started as a fictional multi-brand e-commerce, designed to simulate a typical online hat retailer.
This initial setup made it possible to experiment with basic email flows, contact segmentation, and simple promotional logic.
Over time, the focus shifted.
To better explore brand voice, commercial campaigns, and long-term lifecycle management, the project evolved into a fictional mono-brand e-commerce — a single, imagined company called HatsUnited, presented as if it designed and sold its own products.
This evolution is intentional.
Working with a single fictional brand makes it easier to develop consistent messaging, test campaign structures, and simulate how a small brand might manage relationships over time using real CRM constraints and real behavioral signals.
Instead of abstract examples, HatsUnited uses a narrative framework to work with real tools, real limits, and real CRM data.
Everything is designed, written, sent, measured, and revised as if it were real, while remaining a controlled learning environment.
This approach allows mistakes, iterations, and improvements to be visible and traceable.
What matters here is not the product, but the process.
HatsUnited is a sandbox:
a place where systems are built slowly, tested carefully, and improved through use.
